Greens & Lemons was born in 2014 from a lifelong passion for cooking and bringing people together through food. Raised in a Lebanese Mexican household, we grew up believing that food is love, a way to share stories, create memories, and make people feel truly at home.
Food has always been our way of caring for people. We believe a good meal should feel comforting, generous, and full of flavor, the kind that brings people together and makes you want to stay a little longer at the table. That’s why we created Greens & Lemons: to serve real food, made with love, in a space where everyone feels welcome and at home.
We focus on honest cooking, using quality ingredients that nourish and satisfy. Every dish reflects our values of warmth, intention, and respect for the people we serve and the community we’re proud to be part of.
Our journey began over 17 years ago with cooking classes, followed by sharing homemade Lebanese food from our home on Saturdays. We continued learning and growing through courses in NYC, Mexico City, Monterrey, & Oaxaca, eventually finding the courage to open Greens & Lemons.
Over the years, G&L has grown alongside the community that supports us. After 14 years, we’re proud of what we’ve built and even more excited about what’s still to come. Our story continues, shaped by food, family, and the people we welcome through our doors every day.
